What Staybook Studio provides

Staybook Studio helps short-term rental hosts create a guest welcome book preview and export a guest-ready PDF. You are responsible for reviewing the final guide for accuracy before sending it to guests.

Payment and access

The current export price is $29 for a one-time PDF export unlock. Payments are processed through Stripe or another payment provider shown at checkout. Payment providers may have their own terms and privacy practices.

Refund policy

If the export does not help you create a usable guide, email hello@staybookstudio.com within 7 days of purchase. Include the purchase email and a short note about what went wrong.

Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method. The guarantee covers one refund request per purchase. It does not cover requests made after 7 days, incorrect information entered by the customer, unsupported custom design work, or results outside the PDF export itself, such as guest behavior, reviews, revenue, or search rankings.

Your content

You keep ownership of the property details, recommendations, rules, and other content you enter. You confirm that you have the right to use that content and that it does not violate someone else's rights or contain unlawful material.

Acceptable use

Do not use Staybook Studio to create deceptive, illegal, abusive, or infringing content. Do not attempt to disrupt, scrape, reverse engineer, or misuse the service.

No guarantees beyond the product

Staybook Studio is provided as a guide-building tool. It does not guarantee guest satisfaction, booking performance, platform compliance, tax outcomes, legal compliance, or search rankings.

These terms may be updated as the product changes. The version posted on this page is the current version.
